We all know exercise is good for our body, but it can also boost our mood, improve our sleep and help us deal with depression, anxiety and stress.

People who exercise on a regular basis tend to do so because it gives them an enormous sense of wellbeing. They feel more energetic throughout the day, have sharper memory, and feel more relaxed and positive about themselves and their lives.

It's also a powerful medicine for many common health challenges. Regular exercise can have a profound positive impact on depression, anxiety and ADHD.

You also do not have to be a fitness fantastic or incredibly fit or strong to reap the benefits. Research indicates that. modest amounts of exercise can make a real difference in your life.
