Some Fun Stuff

  • I love giving motivational talks and have been honoured to be given the opportunity to talk to countless students at Branksome Hall and Greenwood College in Toronto.

  • I was in a health club movie scene with Willian Shatner. I was directed to jump out of a locker (that was only 11″ wide!) and attack him!”

  • I was the feature speaker to Queen’s Medical Student Doctors where I shared the importance of exercise and nutrition.

  • I had the pleasure to host the Toronto book tour stop for Arnold Schwarzenegger’s “Pumping Iron” book. It involved arranging a publicized ‘Meet and Greet,’ at my club with members and Arnold fans with Arnold. I’d call it an absolute success as the event sold the most amount of books on his North American book tour!

  • Consumer Choice Award Winner for many years.

  • Organizer and representative that received donation calls for the SickKids Telethon for many years.
