Qs for Christine: Beyond the schedule and the fact that they are 30 minutes,

What are your group fitness classes like? What can one expect?


In these classes, there are clients of:

  • All ages

  • All types of fitness levels

  • All different types of health goals

  • All different past injuries or sensitive spots to consider (shoulder, neck, ankle and knee)

And what organically forms, without a doubt, as this has been seen time and time again over my 43+ years of experience of doing this and that is:

  • It doesn't take long to start seeing results

  • Once you do, your momentum starts and clients instantly look better, feel better and are healthier. They walk taller and with more confidence.

  • There is an awesome community that forms of clients that become familiar with one another and enjoy the accountability of knowing there is a group of clients going through all the exercises and sweating or trying to balance (if they are the balance exercises) together!

It is truly remarkable and that is why I love being a health coach - to see my clients succeed and achieve their health goals. That is what I see the moment I meet a new client and so to see that come true for them after hard work, dedication and focus is always, absolutely incredible.
