Healthy eating + exercise = Keeping you healthy
You are already receiving millions of dollars of instruction on how to avoid Covid-19. It's all good. FOLLOW IT, sooner or later your tax dollars are going to pay for these ads.
For my part I believe in proactively strengthening the immune system so that you fight off all forms of viruses.
Here is what I do:
Instead of exercising once a day, I have increased to twice, sometimes 3X a day. There are a huge amount of scientific studies that show exercise is the best way to build up the immune system, as well as avoiding heart and cardiovascular disease, which is still the number one killer worldwide.
Nutritionally, I eat huge amounts of raw and steamed vegetables. I make a lot of it into soup. If you get the seasonings right, it is great! I eat citrus fruit every day for vitamin C. I have the right kind of oatmeal for fibre, get everything out of your body that is not supposed to be there!
Protein is boiled eggs and fish, canned salmon and tuna is OK too. Have you stepped on the scales today? This is basically the same diet I followed last August when I went down to 98 pounds to look my best for a wedding. lol.
A lot of you seem to agree. My new online training is filling up as fast as I can get it up and running. It is great because you don't have to waste time travelling. There are two ways you can do it. Live, face to face with me one on one. You can talk to me about nutrition, or anything else while you get a totally personalized maximum results minimum time workout . It's 150 plus tax per session. Email me and we can discuss mutually agreeable times.
The second way is to go small group semi-private. I can only see and coach 8 people at a time in these groups, so they fill up as quickly as I can get them organized. The cost is only $199 plus tax per month, for as many sessions as you can fit in.
Currently, I have one opening available Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 10:30 AM. Two new groups are starting, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 AM (you are at home anyway, you can get up!) and Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 6 PM.
